DETERMINATION OF THE CRYSTAL COMPOSITION
FOR THE NARROW-GAP II-VI SEMIMAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTORS:
THE CASE OF Hg1-xCoxSe MIXED CRYSTALS

X-ray diffraction, electron-probe microanalysis and the infrared reflectivity studies have been performed on the Hg1-xCoxSe samples corresponding to the nominal crystal compositions
0 =< x =< 0.05. it was shown that the "HgSe-like" TO photon frequency measurements can serve as a sensitive tool in order to determine the mixed crystal composition.
