LATTICE PARAMETER OF Cd1-x MgxTe CRYSTALS

Lattice parameter and composition studies have been performed for Cd1-xMgxTe samples. The nominal values of x were 0.05 =< x =< 0.90. It was shown that for real values x =< 0.5 the lattice parameters satisfie Vegard's law.
